We came here to have my mom and dad's wedding rings sized for their 35th anniversary and I have to say this place is top notch! Service is fast and professional and prices for resizing is incredibly affordable. Mom also had her mother's wedding ring and band sized, cleaned, and fused together so my mom can wear it. The ring was actually missing two diamonds and the owner took it upon himself to replace these diamonds with no charge! Excellent place to have your jewelry repaired or worked on! 5 stars!!

Looking for a special combination of a cross and chain. Sounds easy right. I had almost given up when I walked into this establishment. Listening to me and actually caring about putting it together. The team of men working together looking, finding and finaly...I had the special gift for my daughters graduation. I will never shop anywhere else.

I have been shopping for a solid 8mm diamond cut rope chain everywhere in town and even on Amazon. I walked in to Karat’s and met Sam who had exactly what i wanted in stock at a price that was better than everyone else’s price in town or Amazon. He even did some customization to the bell of my pendant so it would fit the new chain….it was ready the next day and it was perfect! If you’re looking for a great deal and some people who really know how to treat you right, go straight to Karats next to footlocker in the Mall Of Louisiana.
